phases of the effect application:
phase I: Apply Concrete with a venetian plastering trowel upon the primed surface.
phase IV: When the material keeps drying, smooth the surface with a trowel edge until the expected level of smoothness is reached.
phase II: Apply tape imitating rustications when the Concrete surface dries.
phase V: Remove previously applied tape as soon as the surface keeps moist.
phase III: Moist the surface with water before application of the second Concrete coat, apply the material then.
phase VI: Thoroughly coat the surface with Decorative Varnish.
